Magnetic paint has several uses that add value to whoever uses it. One of the main uses of magnetic paint is for childrens rooms. Brett and Stephanie!

Here’s a story for you!

After four years of talking through chat via their messengers, Brett (to quench his curiosity) decided to ask Stephanie if they could talk over the phone. Stephanie was a bit surprised by the invitation but she thought that there was nothing to lose, since she and Brett already knew enough stuff about each other for them to be able to hold a substantial conversation. True enough, that phone conversation lasted for 3 hours and 30 minutes. Meeting up was the next logical thing to do. They met in a seafood place right across Bretts office. The two instantly hit it off, like they did over the chat and phone. After going out on dates for a month, they officially became a couple.

Both Brett and Stephanie are still at awe by their own love story but dating experts know why dating online can work. In fact, it is better in some aspects than traditional dating. When people approach online dating or so-called cheating wives dating sites, they hold up their defenses and always view the negative aspects of it (e.g. youll never hit it off online because there is no physical contact). But that is precisely the beauty of online dating. Because of the absence of physical presence, you get to concentrate on the conversation and the real person. Because each person is in their comfort zone (chat can be done wherever and whenever), there are less insecurities and confidence issues. Dating experts reveal that there are some people who are more comfortable talking to others who they only encounter online because they think that there is less reason to judge them. There is nothing to lose because if they conversation goes sour, one of them can simply not reply to the next conversation attempt anymore.

A story I overheard

A 30-year old mother of 3 was getting desperate for a solution to her scale-tipping weight. At 55, she enjoyed a shapely body before she had her first child. 2 consecutive delicate pregnancies prevented her from even walking around for more than 10 minutes. She stayed mostly in the house, watching TV and knitting clothes for her babies. She had major difficulty getting her original body back. Growing up slim as a teen, she never thought that she needed to watch her diet. She would hit the beach once or twice a month, being a resident of a seaside area near Florida. Yet, she found herself struggling with weight issues. She got herself a premium gym membership package. She used to go every other day and gained some progress in a month. But after that, she stopped going because her weight hit a plateau. She tried several kinds of diets but would still end up bingeing. When she couldnt handle it anymore, she sought the advice of her friend and was told to take African Mango supplements after reading some african mango reviews. She was skeptical at first but her desire to lose weight compelled her to trust her friend on this. In six months, she lost almost 35 lbs.

She couldnt believe it.

African Mango alongside a workout 3 times a week and portion control did wonders to her figure. African Mango, or Irvingia Gabonesis, is responsible for the notable weight loss of thousands of users already.

Most important types of PPE (personal protective equipment)

If your job is dangerous, you must wear all kinds of protection to ensure that your body isn’t damaged by the risky environment that you find yourself in. These are the two most important types of personal protective equipment out there:

Eye and Face Protection

Goggles, safety spectacles, and face shields are designed to protect the eyes and face from tiny debris such as dust, metal, or wood chips, and splashes from dangerous chemicals such as acids. They also protect the eyes from bright lights, glare, and laser light radiation. Safety spectacles are normally made of impact resistant lenses to fend off flying debris. Laser safety goggles and welding shields are equipped with filtered lenses with shades that provide sufficient protection from specific amounts of light radiation. Workers who are at most need of eye protection include welders, electricians, sanders, and chemical process operators. For maximum protection, eye and face gear should fit the face comfortably, are durable, easily cleaned, and should not obstruct ones view or movement.

Head Protection

Personal protective equipment for the head includes hard hats, bump caps, and helmets. Hard hats such as those worn by engineers and carpenters, are worn to protect the wearer from impact and penetration caused by falling or flying objects and even high-voltage shocks and burns. Bump caps are usually worn in places with low head clearance where one would be prone to bumping or scraping. Helmets, commonly worn by motorcycle drivers, protect the head from potential cranial injuries and brain damage.

Quality protective head gear should be penetration resistant, shock absorbent, water-resistant, slow burning, and must fit the head or can be adjusted properly. If any head gear develops cracks or deformities, or has already been exposed to high heat and radiation, these must be replaced immediately.

New exercise routine for me!

Ever thought of taking up cardiovascular training, otherwise known as cardio training or aerobic exercise?

This kind of exercise is low-intensity. It is what you usually see on morning TV. The kinds (and/or fads) include tae bo, dance, or just plain jogging and bicycling. They have one thing in common: they are focused more on using fuel by oxidation (aided by oxygen), and on achieving muscle and cardiovascular endurance. The muscle contraction is unlike in resistance training, where the contraction is in bursts and cannot wait for the energy to be made available through the longer and slower process of oxidation (so it utilizes energy from quicker methods such as anaerobic respiration). Also, the focus in resistance training is on muscle mass and power (e.g., upper body strength).

An exercise system I saw online that intrigued me was the lean hybrid muscle reloaded system, which is getting a lot of press lately. Has anyone tried it?

Marathon runners amd long-distance cyclists are typically cardio exercise athletes. They have leaner muscles but they have better endurance for running longer distances. To give you an idea, just look at the lean physique of multiple Tour de France champion Lance Armsrong. On the other hand, 100-meter sprinters are paragons of strength-training; their muscles are bigger and are geared toward faster times in short sprints, but such muscles tire easily. The benefits of cardio training are many. They include better overall health for several body systems: heart, blood pressure, lungs, bones, mind, muscles, red blood cells, etc. Several popular sports, such as football (e.g., soccer) and basketball, actually are hybrids activities.

Anatomy of the ear

The ear has three main parts, which are the (1) outer ear, (2) middle ear, and (3) inner ear. Simple issues such as the outer and middle ear problems that cause Tinnitus are simply treated by extracting those which prevent the ear from functioning properly. Foreign substances and earwax can simply, yet carefully be removed, while sinus and allergy dilemmas, and other alien fluids which do not belong in the ear can be treated by corresponding medications. These medicines are designed to force the fluid out. Surgery, if need be, is also a viable option and tinnitus cure; though this alternative is only advised to be used as a final preference, if all other natural and non-invasive treatments have failed.

If your Tinnitus, however, is caused by inner ear problems, it might be grounds for the Tinnitus that would be the most difficult to cure. This may lead to loss of hearing, or worse and graver diseases. Only specially manufactured devices devised to make your hearing as normal as possible are as of present the only feasible solutions to cure inner ear caused Tinnitus. These devices, such as hearing aids and Tinnitus maskers are presently the best way to treat this kind of Tinnitus. Of course, natural and conventional medications and scientifically produced formulations are also proposed.

Kind of embarrasing to admit!

Of all skin issues, I think stretch marks can be the most embarrassing. Sure, acne sufferers have it bad but acne is so pervasive that it’s almost excusable (except for extreme cases where the acne has gotten out of control!). But stretch marks do not affect anyone and they are just as unsightly. I myself suffer from stretch marks and as much as I research online, I just cannot seem to find a permanent solution to this problem.

OK, OK, I’ve been gaining weight pretty quickly over the last few months (stress, mostly) and this has resulted in these stretch marks. Has anyone ever had experience with this condition? I don’t know how to get rid of stretch marks, as much information as I read.

Are they even removable? It doesn’t seem like it since it’s basically just stretched skin, and once you stretch something, can you really unstretch it? Talk to me, people!
