Facility Access to and movement throughout our 175,000 square foot facility is managed and recorded by an id card authentication system. Each employee has a specific level of access that will only allow them entrance into approved areas. For departments requiring a greater level of security, id card authentication is used in combination with a keypad pass-code system. Any unauthorized attempt to access an area is recorded and addressed by the Facility Security Administrator. Over sixty cameras monitor and record activity in critical areas of the entire facility. Data Tabs Direct contracts with a nationally recognized data security firm to perform annual technical infrastructure and data security audits. The criteria for evaluation is based on recommendations from the National Computer Security Association and generally accepted industry practices. Our network, while connected to the internet is protected by the most recent version of Checkpoint firewall with strong encryption installed across multiple servers. We also deploy a Checkpoint RealSecure IDS (Intrusion Detection System). Tabs Direct maintains a regular back-up schedule to a secure off-site facility.
